Ventus Energy has made significant strides in less than five months of active operations. Although this period has been brief, it is the result of careful preparation and years of expertise in both the energy and financial sectors. By leveraging this foundation, we successfully launched high-value projects in the energy sector during 2024 and provided our lenders with compelling and competitive lending opportunities.
Sustainability, renewability, and green principles are the core of our mission. By integrating these values with robust business strategies, we have established a strong growth formula for the company and our partners - lenders.
It is widely regarded as a strong achievement when a company meets 80% of its planned roadmap initiatives in a given year. At Ventus Energy, we are proud to report that in 2024, we accomplished 100% of our goals and have already commenced work on key projects for 2025.
OUR PROJECTS
During this period, we have initiated six projects, including 2 powerhouses, 1 solar park, 2 BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects, and 1 property acquisition. These projects are currently at various stages of development.
The Ventus Energy Group team has grown to 21 members (including Riga Powerhouse employees).

LENDERS
Ventus Energy has been joined by 1,022 Mezzanine active lenders, who have contributed to the company’s projects with a total value of €9,879,280.
Additionally, a Senior lender has been secured, contributing €7,000,000 towards the financing of the Riga Powerhouse.
Accordingly, the funding raised for projects in 2024, including combined interest rates, amounts to €16,879,280.

SPECIAL FACTS
In 2024, we’ve experienced many interesting highlights with our partners and lenders. Here are a few of them.
In 2025, we plan to continue executing our established strategy - acquiring already operational and valuable energy infrastructure projects while developing and building new ones.
We will focus on completing existing projects to ensure they become fully operational and start generating profits for the company. Alongside this, we will prioritize constructing and designing powerhouses, acquiring solar parks, and developing Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.
