The loyalty program is designed to reward those who consistently support our projects over the long term. By increasing your funding amounts, you can unlock additional annual interest, maximising your earnings from the energy sector. Your loyalty level - Spark, High Voltage, or Super Charge - is automatically applied based on your outstanding portfolio.

These loyalty bonuses are added to the standard project interest rates, allowing you to enhance your portfolio and enjoy even higher returns while supporting energy sector initiatives.

How to Qualify and Maintain Your Status

• Your loyalty level is based on your outstanding portfolio.
  
  
• Once you reach a given threshold, your loyalty level will be automatically activated, and you’ll start earning the loyalty bonus across all your projects.
  
  
• However, if you have a processed Early Exit request, you’ll temporarily lose your loyalty status for 180 days. After that period, you will regain your loyalty level based on your outstanding portfolio at that time.

Important Terms

• Your Loyalty Program status is suspended for 180 days if you have a processed Early Exit request.
  
  
• After these 180 days, you regain your loyalty level based on your outstanding portfolio at that time.*
  
  
• Loyalty bonuses do not stack with the Founder’s Reward bonuses (available to the first 100 investors with active investments ≥ €100,000).
  
  
• Ventus Energy reserves the right to change or end the Loyalty Program at any time without notice.

*These 180 days are counted down to the second. If your last Early Exit was processed at 17:30:00 exactly, your loyalty level will be reactivated at 17:30:01 on the 180th day.

Affiliate bonus & Invitee bonus changes

• If a user has a processed Early Exit request*, he/she will no longer receive Affiliate bonus or Invitee bonus transactions.
  
  
• Consequently, the Inviter will no longer receive the Inviter bonus for their Invitee’s investments if the Invitee has had a processed Early Exit request in any project at any time*.
  
  
• The following clause is added to the Invite & Earn program’s Eligibility section:
  If the Invitee has a processed Early Exit request in any project, the Invitee is no longer eligible to participate in this Program and receive the bonus. In such a case, the Inviter is no longer eligible to receive the bonus for this Inviter's investments.
  
  

*All restrictions related to Early Exit requests will take effect from the time this article is published, meaning that Early Exit requests made so far will not affect your eligibility for the aforementioned bonus programs.
